1. Program Registration

Users who register for educational programs through our website may request cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the official start date of the program.

  • Once the program has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Payment successfully deducted but registration not confirmed
  • Cancellation request submitted and approved before the program begins

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days and credited to the original payment method used during registration.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • After the program or course has started
  • Failure to attend scheduled classes or sessions
  • Change of decision after successful registration
  • Incorrect details submitted by the user during registration

  • Update program structure or curriculum
  • Change service offerings when necessary
